Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for the Setup team, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of features related to Onboarding, Activation, and User Education. You will also be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and work with Engineering, Design, Marketing and GTM teams to ensure quality, security and usability of the service.
