1Password is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Setup team. This role focuses on helping users quickly find value and enjoy 1Password through Onboarding, Activation, and User Education. You will be responsible for the strategic vision, development, and execution of these features, requiring a deep understanding of product foundations to ensure a delightful user experience. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial problem solver with a customer-facing background (support, sales, user research, or customer success) that informs their product thinking. 1Password values simplicity, honesty, and a human-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success.
  • SaaS Experience: At least 4 years of SaaS experience.
  • Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales, user research, or customer success) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of features related to Onboarding, Activation, and User Education.
  • Drive the product portfolio strategy focusing on platform stability, quality, performance, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure quality, security, and usability.
  • Define and complete 1Password’s product strategy, taking a holistic view of customer needs across buyers, users, and administrators.
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions, proactively seeking direction.
  • Ship quickly and measure results – demonstrating Focus and Execution.
