As the Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Optimization, you will lead the ideation of improvements to the job ranking technology and ad auction platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and launch new features, deeply understand customer and internal needs, write product specifications, manage execution, define product rollout strategies, and own the team's planning process and roadmap while proactively communicating learnings and advocating for new features.
