Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and have at least 5 years of product management experience, specifically building web and mobile products. They should have experience within subscription products, driving MRR and ARR related initiatives, and experience driving growth related initiatives. A proven track record of building large customer-facing features that have increased key revenue by at least 20% is required, alongside strong leadership skills and experience leading post-launch optimizations through A/B testing strategies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Retention and Engagement will be accountable for driving existing software revenue, developing monetization strategies for Houzz Pro, defining and running experiments to increase upsells and cross-sells, leading analyses of key metrics to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop a product roadmap. They will also articulate product strategy, own product requirements, planning, and go-to-market activities, and ensure alignment with business goals.
