Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data & Platform
BoulevardFull Time
Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates should have experience in product management, particularly in leading products through early go-to-market stages and toward broader adoption. A strong customer focus with regular user engagement to guide roadmap decisions is essential. Technical fluency in system design, SDKs, and API architecture is required, along with the ability to prioritize effectively, balance short-term delivery with long-term investment, and work iteratively based on feedback and metrics. Cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent written communication are also necessary, given the remote nature of the company.
The Senior Product Manager will drive the product vision and roadmap for new reusable, shareable code assets, focusing on unifying Zapier's code-based automation tools into a single, accessible experience. This involves engaging deeply with customers to guide product evolution, partnering with engineering and design teams to shape the code development experience, and embedding code experiences seamlessly into Zapier's core product. The role also includes defining go-to-market strategies for both self-serve and enterprise adoption, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and saying no when necessary to align with business and customer needs.
Automation platform for web application workflows
Zapier connects various web applications to help users automate their workflows and improve productivity. It allows users to create 'Zaps,' which are automated workflows that link different apps to carry out specific tasks without needing technical skills. This platform is particularly beneficial for small to medium-sized businesses and individual professionals who want to save time on repetitive tasks. Unlike many competitors, Zapier offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for anyone to set up automations. The company operates on a subscription model, providing different pricing tiers based on the number of Zaps and tasks a user requires, with the goal of making automation accessible to a wider audience.
