Direct experience working in agile and with product management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations, distilling complex subject matter into management-ready materials
Knowledge of all products or business areas within an umbrella, mastery of 2-4+ and/or SME ability in 1+
Strong understanding of client needs and how this impacts the product development agenda/roadmap
Excellent in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with partners and leaders across multiple disciplines
Program or project management experience (planning, analysis, design and governance) advantageous
Knowledge of business strategy development for long-term planning and managing profitability/performance of a major business segment
Leadership and organizational skills to determine Business Unit goals, resources needed, and assess/develop staff skills

Introduce new capabilities and technology enhancements to the market by leading a development team as an agile Product Owner
Own, create and maintain a well-defined transparent product backlog
Act as the liaison between stakeholders, management, scrum team and scrum of scrums team
Partner with Technology Leads to ensure recommended roadmap is feasible and aligns with corporate technology strategy
Create strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to-market rollouts
Carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with business and technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Perform Product Management Lifecycle activities on Digital Platforms
Execute on strategy for the COO Enterprise – Digital Solutions group as outlined by the Lead Product Manager
Perform launches and post-launch assessments/recommendations
Act as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
Lead a development team focused on maintenance and strategic development of Digital Applications on Institutional Investor Passport
