Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience in healthcare delivery innovation, clinical ops, or healthcare technology, with experience in service design, complex workflows, or care model redesign. They should be comfortable designing across human and software boundaries and possess strong collaboration skills with clinicians, operators, and engineers. Experience working with AI products to deliver care and efficiency is preferred.
The Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery will lead product strategy and roadmap for care team workflows and operational tooling, driving efficiency, quality, and capacity at scale. They will co-create solutions with clinical stakeholders, mapping workflows and identifying pain points, translating needs into productized, scalable systems. This role involves redesigning intervention delivery, establishing and tracking metrics related to clinical capacity, coach productivity, and member outcomes, and championing service design thinking to connect care delivery with member and client experience. They will also launch experiments to validate new workflows and care models and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical Ops to build tools that improve outcomes and unlock gross margin improvements.
