Requirements

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience rolling out AI functionality, understands the deep nuances of digital healthcare, and knows how to build provider- and member-facing products that deliver measurable results. Experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers at the intersection of Tech and Healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy and execution of the Care Delivery roadmap, covering key products including health data ingestion, AI-enabled workflows for CX and providers, and Maven’s EHR. Partner with Program leads on key Programs to deliver initiatives that improve outcomes for Maven members. Lead the ongoing process of designing products designed for an AI-native workforce, encouraging safe and natively designed AI experiences.
