Candidates must have over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in high-growth or fast-paced environments. A proven track record of building and executing product roadmaps with cross-functional teams is essential. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL/Snowflake and Looker, along with the ability to define input/guardrail metrics, are required. Excellent communication skills with availability overlapping U.S. business hours (East Coast minimum) are also necessary. Experience with ad products, two-sided marketplaces, or funnel optimization is a plus.
The Sr. Product Manager will drive marketplace design initiatives related to Ads & Connects in partnership with Growth & Monetization leadership. This role involves defining, prioritizing, and delivering roadmap enhancements with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities include designing, running, and evaluating experiments, and translating insights into strategic product decisions. The individual will track and interpret key metrics to ensure revenue-impacting initiatives are aligned and on schedule. They will also simplify complex product challenges using first-principles thinking, data analysis, and informed intuition, while ensuring cross-team alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
