Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products, and a proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement. They must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategy and decisions clearly, and have success leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead Patient Experience / Outcomes at Rula by diving deep into the patient journey, analyzing data, and partnering with researchers and clinicians to identify opportunities for improvement. They will lead an engineering team to design, launch, and measure product enhancements that remove friction, deepen engagement, and drive better health outcomes, directly impacting thousands of patients. This role involves monitoring and evaluating product performance through A/B testing and statistical techniques, and collaborating with various stakeholders including engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
