Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with the desire to own and be responsible for a product roadmap, ideally within marketplaces or consumer experiences. Strong user empathy, a user-centric lens, and an experimentation mindset are required, along with data-driven decision-making skills and technical familiarity to collaborate with the engineering team.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager, Care Finding will improve a client’s ability to find the right provider by iterating on and building new experiences and search improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Data Science. They will drive the product roadmap in partnership with the Engineering Manager, Product Designer, Data Scientist, Product Marketing Manager, and Engineering team, identify opportunities to improve the user experience by tracking key metrics and using A/B tests, and collaborate with the sister Care Finding - Provider and Data Science teams to ensure holistic delivery of providers’ practice growth goals.
