Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of three years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory setting, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree in a related field, experience calibrating and configuring toss controllers and components, and knowledge of using CMMS for record-keeping of preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Process Technician - Weekend AM will support Millersburg manufacturing by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup of equipment, following all safety and cGMP requirements, and detecting faulty operations or risks to the final product. They will also participate in PPI, Lean, and 5S activities, perform on-call and after-hours maintenance as needed, and regularly perform preventive maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
