The role requires deep Kubernetes troubleshooting expertise including resource debugging and log-based diagnostics with Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus; strong infrastructure debugging across container orchestration and networking; and experience managing high-severity incidents with SLAs.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and forward-deployed teams, while owning technical success for strategic customers and coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong candidates have proven project management skills, an ownership mindset for managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, and experience leading incident response with clear communication during escalations.
