Candidates should possess 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in marketing healthcare services to patients, and 4+ years of experience directly managing ad platforms and audience building. Furthermore, they should have 4+ years of deep experience with email marketing and a strong history of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and MVT (Multivariate Testing) experience, coupled with quantitative skills in analyzing marketing data to leverage insights that drive decision-making.
The Sr. Patient Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive enrollment across both enterprise member populations and consumer direct strategies. This includes owning the strategy and execution of acquisition, enrollment, and conversion marketing programs and campaigns utilizing tactics such as email + SMS campaigns, direct mail, paid media, landing page optimization, SEO, referral programs, and content marketing. They will also conduct rigorous MVT and AB testing experiments, collaborate with Client Success and Implementations teams on co-marketing efforts, partner with the Sr. Growth Product Manager for broader experiments, and lead reporting and analysis on patient marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
