Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • Previous direct sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced strategic alliance leadership

  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert (SME) of territory and key industries

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) by working with sales team to identify strategic SI partners, create joint account plans, drive campaigns, identify partner solutions for expansion and consumption, and meet/exceed sales quota, consumption, and demand generation goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner & customer experience, communicate territory strategy/vision/priorities, articulate partner value propositions, and share insights for improvement
  • Provide deal support to system integrators, including education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support; collaborate with internal teams for efficient sales cycles
  • Monitor performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives, analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends, and communicate outcomes and partner impact
  • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with system integrators during pre-sales and post-sales activities; develop relationships with PSO key leaders to meet use cases and go-live dates
  • Develop, lead, and execute partner strategy in collaboration with Partner Development Managers to drive mutual business growth, partner-sourced/influenced revenue, adoption, and consumption of Snowflake Data Cloud
