Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of Channel/Partner Operations experience, with extensive knowledge of key capabilities such as Contracts, Deal Registration, Cloud Marketplace Partner On-boarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Invoicing, API, Partner Training and Certifications, Managed Services and provisioning. Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesfore, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, TackleCrossbeam and BI (Tableau a plus) are required, alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

The Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst will serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for designated Partner capabilities, collaborating with IT teams to define requirements and conduct user acceptance testing. They will partner with Go-to-Market Program teams to align business priorities and policy implementation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, and develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities. This role will orchestrate the full lifecycle of system improvements, drive change management initiatives, establish and monitor key performance metrics, and oversee data governance processes to maintain optimal system performance and data integrity.
