Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing teams of NPs, PAs, and/or LVNs/LPNs
  • Knowledge of clinical quality standards, coding compliance, clinic protocols, and practice guidelines
  • Understanding of State Provider Practice Acts, State Board regulations, regulatory agency standards, and organizational policies
  • Ability to review and analyze clinical, educational, quality, safety metrics, dashboards (e.g., HEDIS, NPS, RVUs)
  • Skills in provider training, education, development, and interprofessional practice
  • Expertise in healthcare administration, fiscal management (payroll, travel budgets), and business tools/systems
  • Knowledge of clinical practice, patient care standards, healthcare policy, evidence-based practice, outcome measurement, patient safety, quality improvement, and risk management
  • Strong communication, team building, talent development, and process improvement skills
  • Ability to model organizational purpose, culture, values, and ensure bidirectional communications

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinic team in achieving clinical quality standards, coding compliance, and adherence to protocols/guidelines
  • Partner with Senior/Field Educators and Senior Clinicians for provider training, education, and development
  • Lead interprofessional practice with internal/external physicians for coordinated care
  • Review metrics/dashboards to identify trends/outliers, implement action plans for clinical excellence
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and support quality/patient safety improvement efforts
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness, lead process improvements, and assess clinical/professional performance
  • Manage team/leadership communications, provider experience, performance management, and employee relations
  • Plan, implement, and supervise MC services; develop intervention strategies and assess outcomes
  • Manage fiscal responsibilities to budget and ensure use of business tools/policies
  • Partner with AD and Business Operations for growth initiatives and operational improvements
  • Provide visionary thinking, critically analyze regional issues, and maintain up-to-date professional knowledge
