1Password is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to drive the product marketing strategy for their device and application security solutions. This role focuses on the Extended Access Management (XAM) platform, aiming to secure devices and applications for businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will help define the future of device and application security, develop messaging, influence the product roadmap, and shape go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and sales. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this leader will manage an experienced product marketing team, contributing to strategic direction, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes in the competitive cybersecurity market. A strong understanding of workforce cybersecurity is essential.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of SaaS enterprise product marketing experience, including:
    • 5+ years in cybersecurity
    • 3+ years in a people leadership role
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven ability to launch and scale enterprise security products, including:
    • Customer research
    • Messaging
    • Packaging
    • Competitive positioning
    • Storytelling
    • Sales enablement
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align go-to-market strategies with evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  • Cybersecurity Insight: Deep knowledge of workforce security, access management, and emerging threats, with insight into evolving IT and security priorities.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product marketing strategy for Device Trust, Trelica by 1Password, and the 1Password Extended Access Management platform.
  • Define the future of securing devices and applications.
  • Develop messaging and positioning for new security solutions.
  • Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product teams.
  • Shape go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and sales.
  • Lead and manage an experienced product marketing team.
  • Provide insights and storytelling to support market activation programs.
  • Ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales regarding the XAM platform story.
  • Help customers and the market understand and adopt a new approach to securing devices and applications.
