Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Programmatic Marketing, 3 years in CTV Management, 2 years in Podcast Management, and 3 years of OOH experience. They should also have 3+ years of experience managing 7+ figure budgets monthly, proficiency in interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends and insights, experience in implementing optimization tactics such as creative rotation, frequency capping, and bid adjustments, and proven ability to successfully segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and data points. Furthermore, candidates must have experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager of Programmatic Marketing & OOH will oversee strategy and growth within offline performance marketing channels, including CTV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, and Direct Mail. They will identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new channels, monitor and report on key performance metrics like CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV, analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, oversee relationships with external partners and agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns. Additionally, they will stay current with industry best practices and apply new knowledge to continuously optimize campaign performance.
