Everyday Dose is seeking a data-driven and strategic Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various paid media channels, including TV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, and Direct Mail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategy and growth within offline performance marketing channels such as CTV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, Direct Mail, and other sponsorship opportunities.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new offline performance marketing channels.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV), to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners and agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns.
  • Manage budget allocation, creative & copy development, conversion tag and product feed management, and A/B testing.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ Years of experience in Programmatic Marketing
    • 3+ Years of experience in CTV Management
    • 2+ Years of experience in Podcast Management
    • 3+ Years of experience in OOH
    • 3+ Years of experience managing 7+ figure monthly budgets
    • Proficiency in interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends and insights
    • Experience in implementing optimization tactics such as creative rotation, frequency capping, and bid adjustments
    • Proven ability to successfully segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant data points
    • Expertise in using data to optimize campaign targeting and bidding strategies
    • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ecommerce Team, Customer Service, and All Channel leads)
    • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
