The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with demonstrable project management expertise, excited to collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a proactive approach to content updates aligned with customer voice and industry trends.

Responsibilities

    • Orchestrate content improvement lifecycles to strategically create or update content meeting business needs and outcomes.
    • Become an expert in all GA content offerings.
    • Diligently uphold learning experience and design standards.
  • Technology & Innovation:
    • Consistently explore and adopt advanced technologies and approaches, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methods, for faster content development through experiments and MVPs.
    • Develop training materials and processes to enable others in developing and maintaining content using advanced technologies and modular content creation.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
    • Standardize the decision-making process for proactive content modularization for reuse.
    • Create and manage content improvement lifecycles aligned with industry speed-of-change.
    • Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Client leadership to incorporate Voice of the Customer (VOC).
  • Team Support:
    • Support full-time, matrixed, and contracted contributors in learning experience design, contextualized development, flexible capacity, and content strategy.
