Requirements

Responsibilities

This Senior Manager of Learning & Development will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing innovative learning programs aligned with company goals, developing both instructor-led training (ILT) and asynchronous learning experiences to support employee development, leveraging adult learning theory and best practices to create effective, engaging content, designing and building learning experiences with an initial focus on Leadership Development, developing interactive, engaging, and scalable courses tailored to a variety of learning styles, implementing microlearning, blended learning, and technology-driven learning solutions, establishing key metrics to assess learning effectiveness and impact, and using feedback, data, and analytics to refine and enhance learning experiences.
