Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams, preferably in high-growth or fast-changing environments. They must have deep expertise in instructional design, including the ability to create effective and engaging learning solutions based on adult learning theory and best practices. Technical fluency with learning tech stacks, content authoring tools, and ideally, AI-based solutions for content development and management is required.
As the Manager, Enablement Design, you will lead and inspire a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer to build high-impact learning programs that drive performance and support key business priorities. You will oversee the end-to-end creation of programs supporting new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and product or process changes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs, align on goals, and co-create training that supports business objectives and user experience. Additionally, you will streamline systems and processes, innovate with learning technology, and measure program effectiveness to continuously improve learning outcomes.
