Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of marketing strategies for assigned product portfolios, supporting and contributing to their development and deployment
  • Design/Establish the visit plan for the company's different portfolios for subsequent implementation and deployment by promotion and demand generation supervisors and clinical advisors
  • Establish, together with marketing, the critical path of professionals to contact in institutions for the maintenance, introduction, and development of the Baxter portfolio
  • Generate the strategy to develop commercial relationships according to technical/scientific knowledge with critical path actors
  • Develop and analyze management reports requested by the leader and share them with stakeholders
  • Develop adequate management of the supervisors team and ensure proper management of the clinical advisors team
  • Develop, execute, and optimize strategies in clients, as well as client retention strategies, cross-selling, and incremental sales
  • Create and execute strategies that generate the development of recognized opinion leaders in the sector to ensure portfolio maintenance and development
  • Develop the team in the identification and constant generation of opportunities for business growth
  • Comply with Corporate and Local Policies in all promotional and professional actions; compliance with Baxter Corporate Policies is mandatory
  • Maintain updated scientific information on the business to provide adequate guidance to clients or key audiences
  • Strictly comply with administrative tasks inherent to the position
