Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline
  • At least 8 years in the healthcare industry with prior experience as a commercial trainer, preferably with pharmaceutical and device/digital selling
  • Experience in sales manager or marketing a plus
  • Prior regional experience (implied for MTV Cluster role)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy comprehensive commercial training curriculums to enhance selling skills, coaching capabilities and build high performing teams
  • Design and implement a sales coaching framework to support sales team development and performance improvement
  • Develop Train-the-Trainer programs to localize training plans across the MTV cluster to instill a culture of learning and development
  • Identify and address sales skills gaps through targeted training initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with business partners and SFE to operationalize and track overall coaching concepts to the field teams
  • Embed a culture of execution excellence across the organization, focusing on the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive discipline, focus, and accountability across the sales organization
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Work closely with Country HR to effectively manage and develop L&D activities and key projects across the business
  • Drive a comprehensive sales talent review process (V-STAR) to identify development areas and to retain top sales performers
  • Collaborate with the regional Commercial Excellence/Training Team and Human Resource/Talent Management to drive standardization across the region
  • Participate in regional based projects when required to improve the design and delivery of the training programs
  • Support in building a strong learning culture throughout the organization
