Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Onco-Hematology, with a proven senior-level track record
  • Strong background in commercial leadership, portfolio negotiations, and strategic account management within the cell therapy segment
  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in the Cell Therapy market
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative business models in Brazil, with strategic vision and planning capabilities in complex market environments
  • Availability for on-site work in São Paulo and frequent travel
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and with key clients in the Cell Therapy space
  • Fluent English preferred; advanced corporate-level writing and reading proficiency required
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Previous pharmaceutical hospital selling experience and relevant Cell Therapy (CART) environment knowledge
  • Proven expertise in interpersonal and relationship building skills along with strong influencing & negotiating skills
  • Ability to credibly discuss the science of the products with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitor’s resources and practices
  • Ability to identify rising issues / solutions / opportunities and present / communicate arguments to management/marketing
  • In-depth understanding of the functions and inner workings of relevant establishments, determined by country
  • Good analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial portfolio strategy, leveraging market and business intelligence to drive performance and growth
  • Optimize internal sales operations, including performance dashboards, credit and collections oversight, in close alignment with Finance
  • Define competitive positioning strategies and elevate customer experience across touchpoints
  • Co-lead strategic partnerships with key private accounts within the “Cluster-Ecosystem” framework, in collaboration with the Commercial and Market Access teams
  • Drive pre-launch and launch planning for new products, including Go-to-Market strategy, strategic alliances, and digital acceleration initiatives
  • Provide operational leadership for innovative business models such as OBS (risk-sharing) and IPM, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives
  • Oversee development of promotional assets and support integrated marketing campaigns, with emphasis on digital strategy
  • Act as the primary interface with global marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and accountability for POA execution, budget management, and P&L oversight in partnership with Finance
