Requirements

The Sr. Manager, Benefits will lead the benefits function within the Total Rewards team, responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of all employee benefit plans and wellness programs. This includes medical, dental, life, disability, supplemental plans, FSA, HSA, COBRA, 401(k), and Leave Management. The role requires setting the US and Canadian benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with overall HR and company strategies, and utilizing Workday and other HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive strategy for Benefits programs that aligns with HR/Cars Commerce's goals to attract and retain top talent in a remote-first environment. Update benefits policies and procedures, develop and deliver benefits communications to educate employees about plans and promote engagement. Improve benefits design and administration through data analysis, identifying trends, making recommendations, and implementing changes for program improvements or cost savings. Manage vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class performance, oversee benefits budgets and billing, and partner with Finance for funding requirements and forecasts. Collaborate with HR Business Partners on the administration and implementation of key benefits evolutions, including annual enrollment and wellness initiatives.
