Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience managing 401(k) plans for large organizations (10,000+ participants or $1B+ in assets), deep expertise in ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations, and experience with international benefits management, including vendor negotiation and third-party administration. Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with a proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience leveraging AI in work processes and M&A experience are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Americas Benefits will lead the 401(k) and financial wellbeing strategy, and manage the design and delivery of benefits across the Americas. This includes program ownership, vendor management, identifying optimization opportunities, developing financial wellbeing programs, analyzing participation and costs, serving as a subject matter expert, overseeing budget planning, and influencing matrixed teams without direct reports.
