Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related pharmaceutical major
At least 3 years as TOP KAM in domestic or foreign companies
Familiarity with the local pharmaceutical market conditions, characteristics, and relevant policies/regulations
Proficiency in hospital product access, safe operations, centralized procurement bidding and reporting processes
Strong regional business planning, key account management, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
Strong communication skills, resource integration, and contribution to team performance
Proficient in computer operations and common office software (Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills (at least CET-4 level)

Responsibilities

Ensure target product success rate in hospitals with clinical ordering based on annual target hospital access plan
Drive formal access or temporary procurement processes for hospitals needing access; provide and execute solutions for collaboration with key decision-making departments (hospital office, medical affairs, pharmacy department, Medicare office)
Manage safe operations for target hospitals: VBP product delisting, VBP product restoration to formulary, Medicare reimbursement restrictions
Collect and insight into target hospital business and academic development needs; organize pharmacy exchange activities, build pharmacy management forums, conduct drug safety training to help key customers improve business levels
Plan innovative projects, such as pharmacoeconomics advantage studies, pharmacokinetic advantages, drug efficacy and safety studies; collaborate with sales team on pharmacy expert grassroots activities
Cross-departmental communication: collaborate with business team on target hospital price negotiations, with access team on volume reporting and bidding, with sales team on temporary procurement department ordering; regularly organize communication meetings to share latest policies, market info, and activities
Maintain 48 tertiary hospitals, collect key customer information and enter into SFA system, achieve company KPI for key account coverage
Manage resources for target hospital promotion activities (budgetary control)
