Candidates should have experience programming in at least one object-oriented programming language with strong types, preferably Golang. Experience developing and consuming RESTful API web services is required, along with experience interacting with major cloud provider APIs such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for provisioning and monitoring cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with message queues like Kafka is also necessary.
The role involves developing back-end services for web services, creating public-facing command-line shell utilities, and designing supporting infrastructure including databases and real-time data streams. Responsibilities also include providing integration support and documentation for other teams, participating in configuring and receiving uptime alerts for controlled services, and reflecting on architecture, models, user experience, performance, and stability. Additionally, the engineer will brainstorm and refine customer data utilization for automating cyber threat intelligence and maintain the healthy operational state of services.
