Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or have 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud. A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise contact center solutions, 2 years of technical project leadership in an enterprise contact center, and 1 year of implementing and supporting Genesys Cloud voice services (Call Routing and ACD or Predictive Dialer) are required. Experience implementing and supporting complex call flows within Genesys Cloud and leading technical efforts to resolve complex voice quality and call routing issues in an enterprise SIP environment are also necessary. Applicants must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem with a minimum speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload, and a dedicated, interruption-free workspace. Demonstrated Genesys Cloud Call Routing, Platform Experience, Enterprise Predictive Dialer, Enterprise Call Recording, and Enterprise ACD experience are preferred.
The Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer will support the development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves implementing the organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance, and support of cloud architecture. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions, and work with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products, services, applications, and solutions. Responsibilities include driving the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluating performance, and implementing enhancements.
