Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant

The Sr HCM Consultant will require experience in implementing Workday’s Human Capital Management solution, specifically with a focus on Benefits, Talent, and/or Recruiting functional areas. They should possess a strong understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and be able to elicit and document customer business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and document solutions for client reference. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to support client and data conversion teams, assist with integrations, and transfer Workday system knowledge to the client.
The Sr HCM Consultant will be responsible for becoming an expert in Workday’s HCM product suite, performing configuration, documenting solutions, supporting data conversion and integration teams, assisting clients with testing, transferring knowledge to clients, and communicating regularly with the Engagement Manager regarding project status and risks. They will also mentor new consultants and participate in update training to share product skills with the team.
