Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets: Ensure completion of department-set annual sales targets by optimizing business activities and customer management to improve sales performance
  • Develop and implement customer management strategies: Formulate and execute strategies for retail pharmacies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, achieving long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate customer needs with company resources: Communicate with customers to understand needs, coordinate internal resources (e.g., marketing, sales, supply chain), ensure needs are met, and problems are resolved
  • Drive sales and marketing promotion activities: Organize and promote sales and marketing activities for retail pharmacies, develop detailed activity plans, ensure successful implementation, and improve sales performance
  • Monitor customer sales data and market performance: Regularly monitor sales data and market performance, conduct data analysis, identify trends and potential issues, and propose improvement suggestions to optimize business strategies
  • Manage customer relationships and contracts: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, handle contract negotiations, signing, and execution, ensure effective fulfillment of contract terms, and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate internal teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., account managers, marketing, product departments) to align departmental goals with customer needs and improve overall efficiency
  • Reporting and updates: Regularly prepare and submit sales and market reports, report customer feedback, market dynamics, and business progress to superiors, providing decision support
