Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience in the software engineering industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN
  • Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
  • Able to present and lead workshops with clients
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities
  • Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified functional requirements
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to contribute insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
