A highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst is sought to join the FP&A team. This role will serve as a key financial business partner, providing strategic insights and decision support to executive and management teams within assigned business segments. The analyst will play a critical role in driving financial performance by partnering with business leaders, leading forecasting efforts, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting key corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key financial partner for assigned business segment(s), including R&D and G&A management teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and trend analysis packages.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to business leaders.
  • Investigate and explain material variances to leadership.
  • Build and maintain cost models to assess product and departmental profitability.
  • Produce timely and accurate ad hoc financial and operational reports.
  • Support corporate initiatives including M&A and profit margin analysis.
  • Contribute to change management efforts and key finance projects.
  • Provide financial support to the CFO and senior leadership as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify process improvements.
  • Support a team-oriented culture by assisting colleagues and contributing to departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a financial planning and analysis environment required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong initiative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
    • Previous experience with M&A transactions and foreign currency accounting a plus
