They require 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, along with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Previous experience with M&A transactions and foreign currency accounting is considered a beneficial asset.
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key financial partner for assigned business segments, preparing comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and trend analysis packages. They will monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to business leaders, investigating and explaining material variances, and building and maintaining cost models. This role involves producing timely financial reports, supporting corporate initiatives such as M&A and profit margin analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and identify process improvements, while also providing financial support to the CFO and senior leadership as needed.
