Exceptional communication and influencing skills to present financial information to executive audiences and build trust are also crucial.

Responsibilities

The Senior FP&A Analyst will serve as a primary financial advisor to assigned business units, providing proactive insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role involves developing sophisticated financial models, conducting scenario planning, and leveraging predictive analytics for business performance forecasting, trend identification, and strategic opportunity quantification. The analyst will lead rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, and real-time variance analysis to ensure continuous visibility into business performance and trajectory. Additionally, they will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and actionable business intelligence.
