Requirements

Financial background
One or more years of basic accounts experience
Preferably attendance on a basic Accountancy course or graduates with some administration or finance work experience
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Excellent language skills in English (second language a plus)
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Good organizational and communications skills
Capable of handling critical tasks efficiently and effectively
Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred)
Capable of conducting payment related activities following the established process

Responsibilities

Receive and process cash payments to clients, employees, and vendors
Count, verify and record cash transactions accurately
Maintain detailed and organized records of all cash transactions
Prepare and complete necessary documentation for each cash transaction and ensure compliance with internal and external controls
Generate regular reports summarizing cash transactions
Process international payments worldwide in a timely and efficient manner, targeting for excellence and operational optimization
