Requirements

  • Financial background
  • One or more years of basic accounts experience
  • Preferably attendance on a basic Accountancy course or graduates with some administration or finance work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Excellent language skills in English (second language a plus)
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Good organizational and communications skills
  • Capable of handling critical tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred)
  • Capable of conducting payment related activities following the established process

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash payments to clients, employees, and vendors
  • Count, verify and record cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all cash transactions
  • Prepare and complete necessary documentation for each cash transaction and ensure compliance with internal and external controls
  • Generate regular reports summarizing cash transactions
  • Process international payments worldwide in a timely and efficient manner, targeting for excellence and operational optimization
