Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales objectives by setting quotas, approving sales pitches, and providing product presentations to sales staff
Perform on-site training, coaching, skill development, and direction to Supervisors and contract sales organizations, enforcing organizational selling standards
Analyze sales trends and productivity, providing recommendations for improvement
Communicate and update Marketing Vice President and leadership team through analysis and reporting of business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information
Demonstrate and enhance the sales process by coaching sales representatives for superior customer satisfaction and overseeing effective resolution of customer problems
Achieve financial objectives by maintaining expenses within budget
Conduct frequent field visits (minimum two times per month to each sales organization's location) to demonstrate sales process and knowledge of customer needs
Create and implement business-building programs for direct sales through the marketing team
Partner with key programmers and Marketing team to develop and implement business-building programs, including offers, incentives, and training
