Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in an HRtech B2B SaaS environment as an Account Manager or an Account Executive
  • Bonus: Experience selling learning solutions like an LMS or LXP

Responsibilities

  • Sell into existing client base to grow revenue through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Use CRM tool to map and build account plans, prepare sales documentation, and provide forecasts for opportunities
  • Identify top potential accounts, understand current connections, and create power maps for growth opportunities
  • Create detailed outreach cadences and make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics
  • Arrange regular virtual and in-person meetings with key players, serving as point of contact for opportunities, issues, and questions
  • Evangelize 360Learning vision through high-quality product demonstrations and account-specific initiatives
  • Collaborate with all company teams to optimize customer experience across portfolio
  • Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers virtually and in-person
  • Access, analyze, and present customer reports to draw conclusions and provide recommendations
  • Drive customer satisfaction and reference-ability as champions
  • Within 1 month: Familiarize with Convexity culture, master product demo and pitch, understand book of business with client success team, get familiar with market positioning, take on account portfolio management
  • Within 3 months: Build pipeline via power mapping and outreach, run tailored client meetings, become knowledgeable in L&D market trends/technologies/competitors, identify product growth areas, close first deals
  • Within 6 months: Drive revenue via strategic planning, continue pipeline growth with Account Based outreach, execute business reviews, meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas, mentor sales team
  • Within 12 months: Act as subject-matter expert on 360Learning platform and share knowledge, stay aware of L&D trends as SME influencing thought leadership, tackle complex multi-thread deals
