Candidates should possess 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with at least 5 years of experience selling into the Healthcare Provider industry. They must have experience establishing trusted relationships with clients, producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships, along with experience achieving sales targets and understanding how to integrate AI into work processes. The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT is also required, as is a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
This role involves developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales, overseeing client relationship mapping, orchestrating an account strategy, leading a virtual team, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help with their IT roadmap, identifying the right specialist resources to bring into a deal, and promoting a customer success focus.
