Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Technical Services/Manufacturing Science will lead the site's TS/MS function, overseeing small molecule, oligonucleotide manufacturing, and laboratory operations. This includes shaping site strategy, managing new product introductions, process development, optimization, and ensuring cGMP and regulatory compliance. The role involves collaborating with development teams, governing CMOs, contributing to business planning, and developing personnel within the TS/MS department.
