Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing quotas and teams within leading ICT companies or successful startups in the ANZ region. A proven track record in positioning high-end enterprise IT solutions, negotiating complex deals valued at 6 or 7 figures, and collaborating with OEMs for strategic sales campaigns is essential. A BA/BS degree is required, with an MBA being a plus. Familiarity with Sales Force and Clari is advantageous. The ability to travel extensively is also necessary.
The Sr. Director, Strategic will be responsible for exceeding short, mid, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas in the ANZ region. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with top enterprise customers and key ICT partners, as well as recruiting and cultivating a robust partner ecosystem. The role involves developing and leading a motivated team of Account Executives, SEs, Channel Managers, and other functional leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with APJ functional leadership, and strengthening OEM relationships with industry leaders. Additionally, the Sr. Director will work closely with corporate leaders to ensure ANZ requirements are met and coordinate direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams to achieve target quotas.
