The Opportunity

This role leads a high-performing Professional Services organization with a dual focus: 60% on Delivery Excellence and 40% on Sales. You’ll be responsible for scaling delivery capabilities, driving operational excellence, and leading a team of consultants—while also owning sales strategy and execution to grow consulting revenue across the Americas.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy, execution, and team development across delivery and sales.
  • Drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor and grow the ACS consulting team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead the Americas Professional Services Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level customers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as an executive point of escalation for delivery and sales engagements.
  • Partner with Customer Success, License Sales, and Product teams to generate new revenue.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain an inclusive, high-performance culture across regions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 15+ years of enterprise software Professional Services experience, including 6+ years in people management.
  • Proven success in leading delivery and sales teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Track record of customer-centric decision-making and process optimization.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Experience managing sales targets and pipeline across regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and embed transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Employment Type: Full time
  • U.S. Pay Range: $242,100 -- $499,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
  • For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
