Candidates must have over 15 years of enterprise software Professional Services experience, with at least 6 years in people management. Proven success in leading both delivery and sales teams within complex, matrixed environments is essential, along with a track record of customer-centric decision-making and process optimization. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence across all levels, experience managing regional sales targets and pipeline, and a demonstrated ability to drive change and embed transformation initiatives are also required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
This role leads a Professional Services organization, focusing 60% on Delivery Excellence and 40% on Sales. Responsibilities include scaling delivery capabilities, driving operational excellence, and leading a team of consultants. The position also involves owning sales strategy and execution to grow consulting revenue across the Americas. Key duties include leading strategy, execution, and team development in both delivery and sales, mentoring the consulting team for high-quality outcomes, leading the Americas Professional Services Sales team to achieve revenue targets, engaging with C-level and VP-level customers to build strategic partnerships, serving as an executive escalation point, partnering with Customer Success, License Sales, and Product teams to generate new revenue, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence while building and maintaining an inclusive, high-performance culture.
