Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Director to lead our Professional Services Strategic Programs. This role will have a strong focus on AI and Platform Automation, Application Development Initiatives, Services Offer, and our Technology, Platforms, and Engineering Solutions (TPES) partnerships.

This senior leadership position is instrumental in shaping and executing the strategy for leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to drive business efficiency, innovation, and a competitive edge. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams that deliver robust and scalable applications and AI-powered solutions. This individual will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our application portfolio and offers, from strategic planning and development to deployment and ongoing optimization, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and automation strategy that aligns with and advances overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to implement AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and create new revenue streams.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, promoting the ethical and effective use of data and AI across the organization.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI and automation trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact and driving adoption where appropriate.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and robust AI models and automation solutions.

Application Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of application developers, engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Direct the entire application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that meet the needs of business stakeholders and end-users.
  • Implement and refine agile development methodologies to optimize team velocity and product quality.

TPES Platform & Operations

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for the Technology, Platforms, and Engineering Solutions (TPES), ensuring its capabilities support the broader AI and application development goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and data science, to ensure seamless integration and operation of platforms and applications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to AI, automation, and application development technologies.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
