A deep understanding of the IT workflow automation landscape, including ServiceNow, and familiarity with industry competitors is also necessary. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is essential. Travel up to 50% annually based on business and customer needs.
The Senior Director, Technology Workflows Services (Americas Leader) will lead services delivery execution for all Technology Workflows customers across the US and Canada. This role involves expanding the ServiceNow Technology Workflows footprint, ensuring world-class solution delivery, nurturing deep customer relationships, and maximizing regional growth opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for Technology Workflows in the Americas, leading regional sales strategies, driving portfolio performance, and achieving services revenue targets. The leader will collaborate across ServiceNow functions, provide leadership to a team of workflow professionals, build and maintain strong executive relationships with key customer stakeholders, and stay on top of industry and regional trends. They will also engage with Technology industry communities, champion high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction, mentor consultants and partners, lead strategic alignment with partners, and engage with senior customer leaders to shape technology transformation roadmaps. Monitoring key delivery metrics to improve operational efficiency and service excellence is also a key duty.
