Candidates must possess at least 10 years of Product Management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in security, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS platforms is required, along with expertise in modular platform design, APIs, and cloud-native architectures. Proven experience launching and scaling complex technical products and communicating intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences is essential. Familiarity with Agile development environments is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2, a CISSP certification, and experience with identity and access management (IAM), zero trust, or threat intelligence platforms. A background in developer platforms or B2B security tools, and experience integrating security into cloud-native, developer-centric ecosystems are highly desirable. Familiarity with policy-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, and resilience-by-design frameworks is also a plus.
The Senior Director will lead the development vision and roadmap for a modular security platform, aligning it with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends. This role involves delivering security capabilities as reusable services through self-service APIs, such as identity and access control, threat detection, and compliance. The individual will champion a modular architecture for seamless integration across platforms like Cloud, DevEx, and ITSM, and embed Super Controls as mandatory platform standards. Responsibilities include translating partner insights into product requirements, collaborating with global teams, monitoring industry trends, defining product strategy, and tracking product success goals for continuous improvement.
