Responsibilities

Provide leadership for DAP Operations and the DAP Flow Team
Deliver the operational organization and readiness agenda in alignment with the business and strategic plan
Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence at the Kenosha site
Serve as a key member of the Kenosha Site Lead Team
Develop and deliver operational technical leadership to achieve business and strategic plan goals
Represent operational capabilities across Lilly sites and global functional groups
Partner with Technical Services, Quality, Engineering, and other Lilly leadership to deliver operational results
Deliver equipment, lines, and supporting systems through user requirements, design, build, verification, qualification, validation, and operation
Develop local processes and procedures for the operational function
Ensure functions are aligned and driven to meet production throughput goals
Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain metrics to measure performance against business objectives and make necessary changes to improve performance
Participate in the development and implementation of strategies associated with Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA)
