Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments and conversion flows for high-scale B2C eCommerce or SaaS products. A strong understanding of consumer product design, eCommerce unit economics, yield optimization techniques (including CRO, cohort analysis, and CLV), and data fluency with SQL and spreadsheets are essential. Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results is also required, with familiarity in machine learning optimization approaches being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Payments will own the product roadmap for Donor Experience, including donation flows, sharing, campaign discovery, donor portal, donor profile, and onboarding. This role involves partnering with the CPTO to define product strategy, ensuring a delightful and well-designed donation experience, and integrating new payment methods like CashApp, international currencies, and Stablecoin. Key responsibilities include relentlessly testing and optimizing the donation experience to maximize donations, analyzing data and customer research to improve donor lifetime value, and leading experiments and new features from ideation to deployment.
