Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic client oversight and planning: Oversee full client lifecycle from implementation/go-live to growth/renewal, ensure seamless transitions, gain deep understanding of client goals/needs/challenges, drive product adoption/retention/growth, design/execute engagement plans with objectives/timelines/KPIs, analyze operations for tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Build meaningful relationships: Forge deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels (C-suite to daily users) to drive long-term success
  • Drive revenue growth: Partner with Executive Relationship Officer/Account Manager on Account Plans and expansion strategies, report progress weekly for forecasting, use touchpoints (meetings/business reviews) to align priorities, maximize utilization, uncover opportunities (cross-selling, new projects, services expansion)
  • Deliver engaging presentations: Lead tailored presentations and product demonstrations for diverse audiences (leadership to end-users) to drive usage, new assets, and revenue growth
