Responsibilities

  • Manages the open enrollment process, including follow-up, debriefing, and ensuring a smooth process
  • Leads implementation conference calls on behalf of BKS and the client
  • System Testing & Support: Tests systems and acts as a backup for the Technology Consultant, including plan buildout
  • Client Compliance Projects: Manages and oversees compliance projects for clients
  • Record-Keeping: Demonstrates accurate and complete record-keeping skills
  • Team & Market Contributions: Contributes to team efficiency, develops templates, and provides support to the market segment
  • Report Generation: Produces required reports and extracts from agency management systems
  • Benefits Administration Requests: Handles client requests for benefits administration, including eligibility management (adds, changes, terminations)
  • Claims Advocacy: Represents clients in claims situations
  • Enrollment Kit Fulfillment: Prepares and distributes enrollment kits, including revising materials, printing, scheduling meetings, and presenting
  • Client Meetings: Actively participates in client meetings
  • External Communications: Generates communications regarding benefits administration, claims, renewals, evidence of insurability, COBRA, and client concerns
  • Insurance Partner Knowledge: Maintains in-depth knowledge of insurance company partners and their resources
  • Renewal Process Support: Supports communications and provides printed materials related to the renewal process
  • Opportunity Identification: Actively seeks opportunities to improve the firm, Business Segment, and market
