Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience, along with 5+ years of formal Project Management experience, 3+ years in a managed care healthcare system or health plan, and 2+ years of experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are required, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across business areas. Candidates should reside in the eastern or central standard time zones in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation Business Project Manager will create and manage project plans to ensure effective and timely market rollouts, prioritize work and escalate risks, partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational decisions, identify and solve problems impacting the business, research to determine structured problem-solving approaches, and independently produce high-quality deliverables. They will also build and maintain relationships within the organization, engage in implementations and ad hoc projects, improve standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies, and utilize skills to maximize resource effectiveness and resolve issues. Furthermore, the role involves navigating complex situations, leveraging relationships to drive innovation, and supporting team members on priorities and risk management.
