Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will lead day-to-day project coordination for a major client billing process transition and vendor implementation, manage project tracking tools, proactively follow up with stakeholders, support internal communication, develop and maintain project documentation, facilitate operational components, and adapt to changing project needs while supporting process improvement efforts to ensure the new vendor solution aligns with business requirements. They will also organize and structure the project workflow to enable leadership to focus on strategic decision-making.
